If a product is good people will buy it. (writing Task 2)

If the quality of a product is excellent and it satisfies customers requirements, they will purchase it. So the advertisement is not necessary and it is just another source of entertainment. Do you agree with the statement or disagree with the statement?

It is often argued that whether an advertisement is essential or it is only a source of enjoyment when a product is of great quality. In my opinion, many companies advertise their products to explain to people about it and to increase its sale.

To commence with, adverts are necessary to spread awareness about the goods because it assists companies to reach more potential customers. Besides, they explain their various features and how it is beneficial for the buyers after they purchase it. If sellers do not tell people about the product, then nobody would buy it even if its quality is excellent. For example, Apple is one of the luxury brands in mobile manufacturing and known for its quality. However, every time when they launch a new iPhone model, they always advertise at a mass level. Therefore, promotions are vital to aware the masses about the product.

Moreover, marketing also assists in boosting the sale of any product by reaching out to maximum people. It also gives an edge over other competitors by creating more awareness among masses because effectively made advertisements could manipulate the buyers to purchase a particular brands product. For instance, last year Samsung, known for electronic gadgets, boosted its sales by rigorous advertising policy. They raise their sales by twenty-five percent. Hence, it is apparent that advertisement is essential to improve sales of any commodity.

To summarise, advertising help in describing the product to people and maximise its sale. I believe that it is today’s need to advertise, and it’s not a source of entertainment.
